Pros
This job is a lesson on what not to do. You quickly learn how to tell the difference between truth and lies. The people in charged are so full of themselves that they are not able to distinguish friend from foe. I was for example "encouraged" to write a review about the company. I think they should first have made sure that I thought positively of the company. This place is a comedy of errors.
Cons
The company is falling apart as most of the good people have left. On the sales side, things are going to get progressively worse as the new brilliant idea is to pay sales people on a very prolonged commission plan that makes it impossible for anyone to stick around. If the company had a top notch product and people made lots of money that would be one thing. Instead, the product has many issues and the people that knew anything about the code have either left or have one foot out the door. Just this week, the number one salesperson, who had been here for over 10 years decided to leave (he actually made good money and still decided to go elsewhere).
