Talent us leaving in drives, there is an unknown culture, technology is causing tremendous ineffective and useless repetitive stress to the front end user, benefits are terrible, middle management passes the buck to front line managers but takes credit when front lune performs, horrible training, no operational support and pay is mediocre.
