They start you off at a pretty good wage. Basic clerical duties You get some extra money from commission You get to help people M&T people are generally warm and kind Team oriented workplace
Cons
It's hard to get a raise You will be stuck in rush hour traffic With the right management you can improve your weaknesses and play up strengths, but under the wrong management you will not feel this is a satisfying or rewarding job. They have strict rules and policies. Have to work saturdays.
