Pros

Working at M3 is a big investment for me and my family. I have been with the company for almost 3 years now. I am very blessed to be part of a great company and I look forward to many more years. Here at M3, we are growing and expending which can leads to role changes, if desired. In my department, I have a wonderful manager and teammates. We tend to work with other departments on a normal basis and we show high respect and professionalism between the departments. Overall, I am very pleased and blessed to be a part of M3.

Cons

In my position, sometime I pull long hours, but this is so I can stay on top on my duties and not feel so overwhelmed when I come into work the next morning. I personally had learned to delegate task to the appropriate people and stop trying to be super-worker!

Thanks and we really appreciate your dedication! Hopefully the long hours are alleviated with less busy times too - software development and service can be intense - so let us know if it's too much.
