I've worked for M3 for several years and I've been with the company as it's grown. M3 empowers employees to create their own success. There are high expectations, and in turn hard work is valued and rewarded. The work/life balance is fantastic, allowing flexible hours and the ability to work from home. The benefits package is excellent, a cut above what most employers offer. Management welcomes feedback and doesn't just provide lip service in return.
