Pros

Work from home. There really is NOTHING else.

Cons

I read the bad reviews for this company before getting hired. I made a big mistake working here. Stay far away from this company. They do not value any of their employees. Management doesn’t even know how to manage people nor their jobs. A bunch of incompetent people sitting at their desks and making bad decisions that trickle down. The reviews about heavy workload also is true. Work is piled on no matter how much you currently have on your plate. There is never an opportunity to excel at anything because people are so spread thin. They love to play favoritism. People who are not qualified for jobs will get them if they are friends with some of the managers. There is no mentorship. The company has lofty revenue goals. If you want a decent career and want a company to support you and care for you as a human being, this is NOT your place. Here they treat you like you don’t matter. This is actually the opposite of a good company. Run far far away.

Pros

Balanced workload, remote work, decent salary

Cons

Got layoff without a single word. Bad management. They’ll kick you out like a dog. Careful for the remote staffs, M3 will treat you like a vendor. One simple call from HR, you’ll have 5 mins to pack your stuffs before being disconnected with everyone. Cruel.

Pros

Good medical benefits Remote work Nothing else

Cons

As most people will tell you, management is awful. They do not treat their employees with respect. You're treated as an asset and not a person. You'll be assigned to projects with unrealistic timelines and expectations. Departments are hemorrhaging money, yet management will still blow money on meaningless projects that have no value whatsoever. Loyalty to the company means nothing. Employees that have been with the company for years are laid off with no warning. Multiple complaints about management to HR over terrible practices and unrealistic deadlines, yet upper management continues to protect them and nothing changes. Do yourself a favor and find another job. There are many companies that will treat their workers with respect and dignity.
