I read the bad reviews for this company before getting hired. I made a big mistake working here. Stay far away from this company. They do not value any of their employees. Management doesn’t even know how to manage people nor their jobs. A bunch of incompetent people sitting at their desks and making bad decisions that trickle down.
The reviews about heavy workload also is true. Work is piled on no matter how much you currently have on your plate. There is never an opportunity to excel at anything because people are so spread thin. They love to play favoritism. People who are not qualified for jobs will get them if they are friends with some of the managers.
There is no mentorship. The company has lofty revenue goals.
If you want a decent career and want a company to support you and care for you as a human being, this is NOT your place. Here they treat you like you don’t matter. This is actually the opposite of a good company. Run far far away.
