Management plays favorites. They are clueless on how to manage people. When you make suggestions they gets offended. They have no formal training.Their training process is to give you a laptop, give you a territory and BAM- make calls. The goal setting favors some and not all. It is very unbalanced.Favoritism is rampant in this company. No one is treated fairly. Major attitudes in this company. I personally saw them terminate a sales rep who was consistently over goal for absolutely no reason. Honestly, do yourself a favor and avoid this place if you can.
