I am a data science enthusiast. Very passionate about the analytics space and always amazed to discover how advanced analytics can help companies solve complex problems and re-invent themselves. I’ve been watching the advanced analytics space for a while. After many years of learning from Intel and Microsoft, I was looking to use my knowledge to help build a new company for a great future. I found MAANA to be in its own class, better than anything I’ve found so far. It’s like a treasure of knowledge and super-smart people + great packages that free the employees from the mundane everyday stresses so they can dream their biggest dreams. What I like the most here at MAANA: 1. Their disruptive Knowledge Platform goes far beyond analytics and has a tremendous potential in the marketplace. They target only Fortune 500 companies and for good reason. 2. The technology vision and the intellectual caliber of the leaders is bar none. But it is not only the leaders. The density of high-IQ employees in this startup is insane! No wonder MAANA is competing with the likes of IBM Watson and Palantir… they got the tech and the chops for it! It is inevitable the smarts will rub on you no matter what you do at MAANA. 3. You are truly taken care of. No crazy perks, only stuff that matters: competitive pay & stock options, free healthcare, unlimited vacation days, flexible work schedule.

Company just came out of stealth less than 1 year ago. Startup risk is higher, yet so is the reward.
