Pros

Many good people who care and are working hard to make the product a success.

Cons

There is no management at Maana which means there are no reviews, there are no raises, there is no career planning, there is no organizational structure being put in place. The product is undocumented and difficult to use. During your first 1 on 1 you will realize.... oh wait, they do not do 1 on 1's because management does not believe them which means they also do not know what is going on. Well then during you initial product training... oh wait... there is no training done.

- fun and challenging engineering problems - intelligent, talented people - positive atmosphere - lots of opportunity for self starters - great teamwork and cooperation, everyone works together to get things done and to build a great product

Cons

- growing pains from expansion mean we do not always have a structured process - most engineering roles require being able to wear many hats
