Pros

- Medical is 100% covered by the company - No set PTO. At will off days. WFH is allowed. - Just starting to get off the ground and making some differences with the customer - Company's technology has a vision and is good - Pay is okay

Cons

- Lack of internal processes - No raises or bonuses. Maybe under the table but no known ones. - Startup feel but perks are not really good (sodas, snacks... that's it) - A lot of things are done adhoc fashion

Many of my comrades were incredible. The foot soldiers were amazing people to work with. I wish them the best in our shared struggle. Slava revolyutsii!

The leadership motivated me to study the theory of capital (unintentionally), opening my mind to all of the horrors that come with acknowledging how sick and twisted our system has become. "Knowledge!" they screamed. "Enterprise Knowledge Technology!" But alas, the only knowledge employees at Maana acquired was knowing how it felt to die a slow, prolonged, and entirely avoidable death. Rest in peace, comrades in non-leadership roles. And the few leaders who were also comrades. I'll never forget you. Slava revolyutsii!
