Many good people who care and are working hard to make the product a success.

Cons

There is no management at Maana which means there are no reviews, there are no raises, there is no career planning, there is no organizational structure being put in place. The product is undocumented and difficult to use. During your first 1 on 1 you will realize.... oh wait, they do not do 1 on 1's because management does not believe them which means they also do not know what is going on. Well then during you initial product training... oh wait... there is no training done.

Many of my comrades were incredible. The foot soldiers were amazing people to work with. I wish them the best in our shared struggle. Slava revolyutsii!

The leadership motivated me to study the theory of capital (unintentionally), opening my mind to all of the horrors that come with acknowledging how sick and twisted our system has become. "Knowledge!" they screamed. "Enterprise Knowledge Technology!" But alas, the only knowledge employees at Maana acquired was knowing how it felt to die a slow, prolonged, and entirely avoidable death. Rest in peace, comrades in non-leadership roles. And the few leaders who were also comrades. I'll never forget you. Slava revolyutsii!
