Pros
Decent benefits, employee stock savings plans, bonuses, growth in the market oriented. However, nothing extraordinary.
Cons
Profit over people like most corpse-o-rations, will coldly cut personnel as their top heavy management will not sacrifice their bonuses. Warning to potential so called black hopefuls, there's not many of us in the ranks, honesty not race card playing.
