Pros

They offer a good starting CTC (to lure talent in)

Cons

1. Insecure environment. The senior managers and leads themselves are so insecure that they resist any new talent coming in (they take them as threat) and don't let the new people settle down. Most of the tenured people think of their own survive-ability. As they feel insecure, they create an environment of insecurity around them. The statements such as 'I WILL FIRE YOU' are used frequently. 2. Top man wants to hire talent from top institutes but the older lot resist it (though they don't say it in front of the top man). Every year people are hired from top institutes, however, the attrition from this pool is more than 90 %. Within a year more than 50 % leave and in next one year balance leave. As an example, over years, in the name of managers from top institutes, hardly 2 or 3 are remaining, though the company has been hiring in bulk from ISB, IIMs. 3. Rude people. It trickle down from top to bottom. Entrepreneur himself being rude is still tolerable as there is a success story behind it (though that is also wrong as many successful people are humble). But surprisingly, other people, especially who stick around for some years also get skinned in rude behavior. They think that sticking around in this company is such a great achievement that they have right to be rude. In a way, being rude to each other is an unspoken mandatory requirement to work here. 4. Salary structure is deceiving. It’s done deliberately. Indian engineers are desperate to take jobs, so it works for the company. 5. Due to above the average experience in the company is less than 2 years. Because of the nature of the work, high expertise is not required so it works for the company. They actually want high attrition so that they don’t have to manage careers of the employees.

Pros

Started here right out of college and it’s been a great learning journey. Got hands-on with new technologies, including agentic AI, and worked directly with customers on impactful projects. The company encourages using AI tools to improve productivity. If you’re open to continuous learning, you’ll thrive here.

Cons

Fast-paced environment can be overwhelming at first, but you get used to it and grow quickly.

Pros

Cons

Employees are treated as tools rather than people, with a strong focus on results and little regard for employee well-being. HR and management appear to be aligned primarily with the company's interests. Compensation growth is limited, and long working hours are common. The day often starts with meetings at 8 a.m., requires office attendance from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., and continues with additional meetings until as late as 10 p.m.
