Severely under qualified people work here and it's all due to the nepotism that is rampant here. When you have your under qualified brother, sister, wife etc and you have to trim the fat do you think it's going to be family? Nope its a cancerous combo the last round of layoffs cost them about 35% of the good people because of this selfish destructive cycle. Simply put stay away unless you are family. I'm only still here as its convenient and you can blend in well with mediocre work since the other protected people make your work look like gold.
