      Pros

      Not many.if you live in Denver and drink the punch with the rest of them I guess it can be ok.

      Cons

      Severely under qualified people work here and it's all due to the nepotism that is rampant here. When you have your under qualified brother, sister, wife etc and you have to trim the fat do you think it's going to be family? Nope its a cancerous combo the last round of layoffs cost them about 35% of the good people because of this selfish destructive cycle. Simply put stay away unless you are family. I'm only still here as its convenient and you can blend in well with mediocre work since the other protected people make your work look like gold.

      Pros

      They paid me my full salary during training. If I was paying for this course out of pocket…I would have requested a full refund.

      Cons

      Their bonus and benefits are pretty weak. Health insurance plan is subpar and very expensive. You don’t even qualify for their 401k match until you’ve been with them for 6 months – not to mention it vests over a 5 year period (for a 3.5% match – that’s ridiculous). And did you see how somebody else complained that MCA almost never paid out their profit sharing bonuses? It got even better for me – they eliminated profit sharing after I’d only been there for 3 months.

      Pros

      Company values align with my own. Integrity is not only something they strive for, but they deliver on time and time again. The leadership team is top notch in nearly every position. Personal effort and achievement is rewarded in more ways than one. Compensation is fair!

      Cons

      Growth spurts in both the company and the industry cause fluctuations that are sometimes unnerving. A couple of egos at the leadership level are sometimes difficult to deal with, however their intent for the most part overcomes the delivery.
