      Great people. No slackers, everyone is smart. Everyone is busy but still willing to lend a hand and point you in the right direction.

      Cons

      Tried to grow too fast. Can't sustain people on the bench for long. Not enough financial flexibility to withstand economic ups and downs.

      Cons

      - Only caring about the billable hours. - Poor managers with little experience on how to manage and lead. If you are not in the clique, you will not find support. - No one is listening to your observations. - Can get laid off immediately at any time without any prior notice.
