Not a meritocracy for advancement. Still has many of an "old boys network" feel to it. One look at the mix of executives tells you everything. Poor communication

- Only caring about the billable hours. - Poor managers with little experience on how to manage and lead. If you are not in the clique, you will not find support. - No one is listening to your observations. - Can get laid off immediately at any time without any prior notice.
