      You will learn a lot as you go through implementations, there are lots of opportunities to continue to learn, you just have to put in the time

      Cons

      Hours can be long, there is lots of travel if you are on a implementation. Expect to work 50 hours per week unless you live nearby the project / client you are on.

      Pay on time and Bonus.

      Cons

      - Only caring about the billable hours. - Poor managers with little experience on how to manage and lead. If you are not in the clique, you will not find support. - No one is listening to your observations. - Can get laid off immediately at any time without any prior notice.
