Their bonus and benefits are pretty weak. Health insurance plan is subpar and very expensive. You don’t even qualify for their 401k match until you’ve been with them for 6 months – not to mention it vests over a 5 year period (for a 3.5% match – that’s ridiculous). And did you see how somebody else complained that MCA almost never paid out their profit sharing bonuses? It got even better for me – they eliminated profit sharing after I’d only been there for 3 months.
