I have been looking for several years to find a work environment that fosters an atmosphere of teamwork, caring for your peers, giving you the opportunity and support to be successful, making you feel like you matter and a sense of community. Working remote from the rest of my team that is in Houston can be a challenge at times but the team is working hard to overcome these challenges.
