High compensation compared to competitors Clear promotion path Promotes from within Remote work

Cons

Corporate culture on decline since company bought by private equity. Now overly focused on hitting high billing targets despite not having the pipeline to back that up. Problematic employees are protected if they are highly billable. Severe alcoholic culture across management.

- Only caring about the billable hours. - Poor managers with little experience on how to manage and lead. If you are not in the clique, you will not find support. - No one is listening to your observations. - Can get laid off immediately at any time without any prior notice.
