      Young and diverse employee base. Travel. Great culture and work life in my dept, but this seems to vary greatly btw departments

      Cons

      some departments have very bad work life balance, especially close to an event, so know what you are getting yourself into

      All benefits but healthcare are great. Healthcare is just high deductible. PTO great
