Pros

A handful of good people to work with, but that's about it.

Cons

Condescending and narcissistic leaders take advantage of those that have a technical aptitude to succeed, but are not willing to reward or career path the employee, unfortunately resulting in the departure of many bright and talented employees. So many WRONG people in leadership positions. Loyalty is NOT a company value, so don't expect it and you won't disappointed. Annual reviews are a complete joke and waste of time, but it gives the ineffective HR department something to do. There will be no career path and you WILL be judged for trying to have a work/life balance, so buyer beware!

Pros

Very nice people. Nice benefits.

Cons

I received no support as a sales representative when it came to setting up my office phone, use of sales force or any sales collateral. I had to assist in creating sales collateral and sponsorship material, which sadly, affected my sales. There was no one available to train me on office procedures. Too quick to judge performance when no one was available to listen to obstacles I had to overcome.

Pros

I can only speak for the USA offices. There are some really great, talented people who work there who care about each other and the clients. There is an attempt at company culture, with a good amount of social opportunities available. Working with the people on my team was the best part of my experience there.

Cons

Absolutely zero work life balance, with no overtime pay even for non-exempt employees. Upper management is very cliquey, and doesn't make smart executive decisions for their clients (or employees). Extremely disorganized managerially. They advertise themselves as a "growing" company because there are so many job openings, but in reality there is extremely high staff turnover because people are burnt out. Bullying from clients is normal.
