Poor Communication but easy work - Customer Service Representative MCI Employee Review

Management is severely lacking. Communication is very bad. It seems like the supervisors were not properly trained, they don't keep up communication with employees under them. I got several emails from at least 3 different people claiming to be my supervisor. I wasn't properly put into the system, and there was miscommunication about what client I was working for, so I missed training for the client they finally put me on. My supervisor was also very rude! Things seem to be improving slowly, but the lack of communication is a big no-no in a company like this!
