Pros

Nice stays at hotels, going to restaurants, travelling for work. Work-life balance depends on your role, but I managed to keep a good balance.

Cons

Bad salary Some toxic teams which play blame games rather than focusing on issues and solving them, lots of unnecessary gossip. Push to increase responsibilities with no pay rise, even if you improve and take on more responsibility. Toxic management and workplace bullying is overlooked often, very top-down approach and micro managing. Heard upper management making jokes of a sexual nature towards employees, and once to a speaker guest…. and no one says anything, just brushed off (the company having a top down approach means no one feels comfortable to speak up I guess)… but it made my skin crawl… everyone brushes it off like it’s nothing. Not that open to change

Pros

Most of the people are great at my level and below

Cons

Promise of preferred shift - lie Promise of bonuses - lie, they'd bring it up but never follow through Promise of certain holidays off - lie and was told a week before the holiday we'd be working Sending out mass emails to 370+ people without protection our personal emails so now we all have each other's PERSONAL emails with no apologies or accountability from management. Agents expecting to use personal devices and emails for company communication Micromanaging to a point of having to screen share and audio on at all times Doing 10 hours of work in an 8 hour day, however than will manually adjust your timecard to avoid paying overtime even if you worked it. Quitting during training means you only get paid at min wage for the hours worked in that pay period and not what you signed up for The list can go on, don't even get me started on their pay and benefits
