      I can think of endless reasons why MCI USA is amazing. The people, culture and leadership are inclusive, collaborative, innovative and every day I go to work I am excited. I am incentivized to do my best and rewarded every day. Very happy I made the decision to come to MCI USA!

      All benefits but healthcare are great. Healthcare is just high deductible. PTO great
