Ok health benefits, free coffee, clean facility, Carmel is nice

Cons

Senior VP, VP, Senior Director, Director, Senior Manager, Manger, etc. To promote certain people, they create more layers of management, and the real hard workers are being pushed down. Pay below market Unless you have connections within the company, there's no room for growth. Never work in a location and your manager works at a different location, you will be always forgotten.

I would say that they have an outdated technology and IT department that is not agile and evolving at the same pace as the market.
