Unorganized, not Supportive - CDL Driver/Warehouse Associate MRC Global Employee Review

Management is not organized and does not communicate. HR is not partnering with field management to ensure onboarding of new employees is completed accurately. Warehouses are not run consistently and it's a free-for-all at each location. You have to hope that you get a good manager and then they share them between locations so standards are not met. Tons of turnover due to poor onboarding and training.
