Where to start.... Too many managers. For every team of 5-6 you will get 3-4 managers to answer to. Titles are thrown out like candy. No raises for the veterans that actually put in work in over 8 years. But new employees will get paid top dollar plus advance to a manager title within less than a year. But unfortunately they just become idiots because they have been trained by the idiots that already hold a manager title. The cycle never ends. The new CEO Rob or whatever his name is.. is the biggest idiot of all for allowing all this to happen right under his nose. Unless he is apart of the scheme and just don't care. Oh and don't worry if you are bad at your job, and never show up, and never work as a team. You will still be promoted to a manager. Great place to work if you are looking to work part time but be paid full time, for getting an offer that's too good to be true with additional vacation time to recieve on top of the standard time all the older employees got. But after about a year and a half, it all ends. Because the never ending cycle of hiring idiots from outside the company continues.
