been working for mrc for about a month now and what I've noticed is that its the effort for put into the job that gets you noticed. I am 24 and starting off in the warehouse in order to work my way up but that beside the point. People expect things to handed to them but thats not the way capitalism works, or either sink or swim, and trial by combat other than that its a great company to work for
