_Opportunities for advancement. _They like to hire family and friends of current employees (can be a pro and a con) _Good health insurance _Good global company looks good on resume _At least two weeks paid vacation and we have an option to "buy" another week. _You can learn a great amount about the industry and gain wonderful experience and insight
Cons
PAY Credit analysts that have college degrees (everyone with the exception of a couple) only make $13.50 an hour (before that dept moved go WV the analysts were making about 40% more, some without degrees, and the cost of living isn't much different in the state the dept was previously in.) I've seen this type of position for other companies in other parts of WV that offer more money.
