Pros

Health plan is stable as far as I know

Cons

I left because of the lack trust in my manager, she wanted to work a deaL CONCERNING THE NUMBER OF DAYS of vacation I had remaining in Dec. We disagreed, HR confirmed I was correct. HR says you can talk anonymously, wrong, the HR women says I need to know everything, including who I am and which branch I am employed. Culture equals control Use em,abuse em and lose em,all are replaceable if you work in the branches. The MSC monthly lists employees by location and number of years worked, very few branches folks last over 4 yrs.

Pros

Salary is good, office is nice

Cons

MSC has a new CEO and several external executive leaders who have joined the organization with a clear vision to transform the business. The people are genuinely good and committed, but many of the company’s systems, distribution processes, and technology are significantly outdated. The company recognizes the need for transformation, which is why it has brought in experienced external leadership. However, there appears to be a gap between the transformation vision and the level of investment required to execute it. Large-scale initiatives often face resource and funding constraints, making it difficult to move at the pace needed
