Make your own schedule. OK pay, nothing to write home about, especially for NYC living. Customers appreciate you.

Cons

Others receive bonuses for your work. Incompetent outside sales people with attitude problems. No incentives for sales performance. Treated like redheaded stepchild. Immediate manager knows nothing about your work. Low office morale. No positive feedback on work.

MSC has a new CEO and several external executive leaders who have joined the organization with a clear vision to transform the business. The people are genuinely good and committed, but many of the company’s systems, distribution processes, and technology are significantly outdated. The company recognizes the need for transformation, which is why it has brought in experienced external leadership. However, there appears to be a gap between the transformation vision and the level of investment required to execute it. Large-scale initiatives often face resource and funding constraints, making it difficult to move at the pace needed
