Pros

no supervision. straight 40 hours. good hours.

Cons

'management" is CLUELESS as to what is going on. They would sell you out in a heartbeat if it meant saving their behinds with their managers. I've never worked for such a deceitful group of people. Raises? This is comical. MSC pays well below the industry standard yet when money is brought up, you are immediately swept under the rug. Bonuses are just as funny. While upper management continues to get hefty bonuses, the 'average joe' gets next to nothing. NO ADVANCEMENT IS AVAILABLE!!!! If you are good at your job, they won't advance you as it's very hard for them to replace you. You will be stuck in the same dead end job unless you leave.

Pros

Salary is good, office is nice

Cons

MSC has a new CEO and several external executive leaders who have joined the organization with a clear vision to transform the business. The people are genuinely good and committed, but many of the company’s systems, distribution processes, and technology are significantly outdated. The company recognizes the need for transformation, which is why it has brought in experienced external leadership. However, there appears to be a gap between the transformation vision and the level of investment required to execute it. Large-scale initiatives often face resource and funding constraints, making it difficult to move at the pace needed
