I have seen co-workers literally 10 years and not grow or be promoted. Occasionally, the company will slap you with a 2% annual pay increase to add insult to injury. If you are young (early 20's), run for the hills. There is a reason why no one at MSC is younger than 30. Turnover rate is also astronomical. Old technology, even older staff, you are better off elsewhere.
