I've worked here for over three years now and I can honestly say that I love my job. The people are great, upper management understands work/life balance and is flexible,

There aren't really any cons in my opinion.

Some employees genuinely cared about their work and wanted to improve the company. The products also seemed good quality for the most part?

Leadership lacked knowledge and understanding of marketing and sales. Poor training. Had to learn everything on the fly. High employee turnover and unqualified nepotism hires. Was roped into a LOT of other projects that were not in my job description, and was not compensated for added skills.
