INEPT UPPER MANAGEMENT, unsafe working conditions, insultingly low pay, constant turnover. Insufficient training, dangerous chemical exposure(got a chemical shower yet?), not a temperature controlled environment, it’s either too hot or way too cold. Zero appreciation from management, poor benefits. This use to be a great company to work for until the owners daughter took over. Beware the the ladies at the top might seem nice but trust me they are snakes and not to be trusted.

Leadership lacked knowledge and understanding of marketing and sales. Poor training. Had to learn everything on the fly. High employee turnover and unqualified nepotism hires. Was roped into a LOT of other projects that were not in my job description, and was not compensated for added skills.
