Pros

Easy job, low stress, steady pace

Cons

Promises benefits and full time work, yet takes full advantage of Kansas' Right To Work policy. Company will hire on new employees for the 90 day probationary period and then terminate employment for fabricated reasons before they are eligible for benefits. They do not provide adequate training for the tasks they ask of employees and do not have near enough workers to delegate work properly and handle heavy lifting safely.

Pros

Some employees genuinely cared about their work and wanted to improve the company. The products also seemed good quality for the most part?

Cons

Leadership lacked knowledge and understanding of marketing and sales. Poor training. Had to learn everything on the fly. High employee turnover and unqualified nepotism hires. Was roped into a LOT of other projects that were not in my job description, and was not compensated for added skills.
