Great Company - Accounting Manager MSE Audio Employee Review

The MSE headquarters has such a welcoming environment. The employees are all pretty close because it is such a close knit team. You really feel like you are part of the MSE family when working here. There were potlucks for a lot of the major holidays which were a lot of fun and really showed how friendly the environment was. The president of the company is very kind and easy to work with. She was always inspiring me to learn more and grow within the company.

I truly did have such a lovely experience working here. If I were to say anything negative, I would say better pay would have been nice. But in the year that I was there, I did receive two raises. So, if you work hard, you can prove your worth.

Some employees genuinely cared about their work and wanted to improve the company. The products also seemed good quality for the most part?

Leadership lacked knowledge and understanding of marketing and sales. Poor training. Had to learn everything on the fly. High employee turnover and unqualified nepotism hires. Was roped into a LOT of other projects that were not in my job description, and was not compensated for added skills.
