There aren't really any cons in my opinion.

Free soda and good work-life balance

I was brought on with the intention to help the company with it's purchasing and supply chain needs. First week I was trained by the warehouse manager and the HR manager. By the second week I was left alone to try and figure things out on my own. I was told they were switching ERP systems so they were easing me into the job. Suddenly third week in, I get let go and told that there wasn't enough work for me to continue paying me. Then they tell the staffing agency I was hired through that I wasn't the right fit for the job. I quit my last job to accept this one just to be let go 2.5 weeks later. Absolutely ridiculous...
