Pros

* They give (or at least GAVE) travel incentive to employees. They also offer(ed) free insurance or pay you the difference if you selected not to take their coverage. I don't know if they still do, but did while I was employed. * Some employees were really good. I really wish I had the opportunity to work with these guys rather than the ones I did work with. * There are those that really care about the industry and client. There weren't a lot, but there were some, and it showed.

Cons

Where do I start? * Employees bragged about how bad they made clients feel. There was one notorious employee that consistently bragged how much she made clients cry. She even had a running total. * A comment from another person indicated that favoritism is bad. It really is bad. The ones that leave good reviews are likely the ones caught up in the good-ole-boy system here. * Pay is disgustingly horrible. I left them to take a $40,000 increase with much less headache. Even with my Travel Incentive, I wouldn't have come close to the salary at my new job. * I was given negative feedback on a handful of occasions, but when I questioned the validity and specifics I was given neither. I still don't know what the feedback was about. I stopped caring and chalked it up to the fact that they wanted to get rid of me. And trust me, if they want to, they'll find a way! * The training was severely lacking. They gave me a few months' training. I visited my first client and knocked it out the park, despite the terrible training and negative feedback from my manager. I even had proof from the client I did a great job, Mtech didn't care. * There are managers that will work there for years--decades even. This stagnates growth because they operate in a very niche environment. One person even had to threaten to quit before given a raise. * Since favors are given out, when someone gets a raise, everyone knows it's a raise that's not deserved. I can think of one individual that didn't deserve the raise. There are more, but since the job was so long ago, I've forgotten most points. It may be a good job to start out at, but not for long-term.

Pros

Hybrid environment, some nice coworkers

Cons

The executive team is almost entirely made up of relatives, which creates a closed‑circle leadership culture where decisions lack transparency, consistency, and true accountability. There is no meaningful long‑term strategy or roadmap; priorities shift constantly, and employees are expected to hit targets that change week to week. Success in new roles is a moving target — expectations are unclear, frequently redefined, and rarely aligned across leadership. Processes are disorganized, communication is reactive, and departments operate in silos because there’s no unified direction from the top. There are capable people trying to do good work, but the family‑run structure and lack of vision make it nearly impossible to build sustainable progress or career stability.
