Pros

Read this as a local employee who has worked for 5 companies in the region. MVP is better than most. Every company has problems, Changing jobs is usually just swapping what they are. MVP pays 55-60% percentile, good healthcare (free HDHP, $3K in HSA), very good PTO people encourage you to take, 10 holidays, nice offices, small bonus as a idv contributor, higher as a manager, mid 401K (6% you + 6% company). Culturewise, again better than most. There are always small cliques and friends in management but overall people care about each other and try to do the right thing. A lot of the bad eggs have been pushed out, have seen this in low-level positions up to executives.

Cons

Recent RTO mandate with a big radius is rough. Unfair to a lot of good folks hired as remote. I'm sure MVP will lose some good talent and the culture will be affected because of it.

Pros

Good PTO and leave benefits

Cons

It used to be a good company, the culture took a turn for the worse after 2024. Constant reorgs, lay offs (if your manager does not like you), no clarity, no work life balance. They fired good people, who were really hard working and did good for the company. So much politics at senior levels.
