Pros

I love working for this company! I love, love, love, that they work with my broken home bad situation (that I have got myself into & not their fault). I have requested days off that most jobs would let me go, I have had to come in late, I have had to leave early, and I still have a job. Makes no sense why people would write bad things about the owners because they work with all of us. I know who it is that keeps making fake account to destroy this company because they were either let go or were going to be let go so they are mad. It's more of a they are mad that they can't work here so I'm going to leave a bad review to try and ruin them.

Cons

Yes it's a newer company and yes it has been stressfull working out the kinks, but over all a great place to work.

Pros

Plenty of work to do, reasonable and attentive management and ownership, company is in a state of rapid growth meaning more opportunity to rise to more lucrative positions as the company hires into the entry-level. Occasional bonuses for hard-working employees. Lots of company events (potlucks, holiday parties, etc.) Compensation is very fair, and management is open to listen to any employee concerns. Contrary to prior review, there is in fact PTO, accrued 2 days per 3 months worked up to 8 days annually, available for use up to 1 year after accrual. Management/ownership works just as hard as staff does, and leads by example and not by command. Very friendly and helpful staff. Feels more like a big team than a workforce.

Cons

Feels very short-staffed at times. Company is making the transition from small to medium size, as well as the establishment of a new retail store; workforce has been stretched thin through the transition. Lots of pressure on employees to perform, as well as tighter margins of acceptable error. New systems are being developed to streamline operations and improve efficiency, which can be difficult for an entire workforce to adapt to (but will be beneficial long-term). No benefits (it is clearly explained as to why the company isn't providing benefits upon hire, and MW is working with an insurance agent to make sure every employee is informed and educated of their options).
