Pros
Increasing in ability to perform jobs in the tool room and on the floor with different Ideas. Working hard to get a majority of the floor automatic instead of manual
Cons
Managers ask for opinions to improve upon and end up not doing any of the opinions. Leads a false sense of hope that things will get better. Favoritism is played like a game in the plant especially when you work on a project that you have to fix and get talked down to because you were the one that is currently trying to make it work. Lead positions can be very corrupt when it comes to the hiring process. They have the ability to recommend someone outside of the plant and put them ahead of someone else who is already being looked at
