I like the ability to learn the different steps of management during my time working for CJW

I didn't get a chance to work with more people from the company

The office setup was decent, and a few coworkers were genuinely supportive.

Everything felt like a disorganized shamble, with tactless approaches to communication and planning at every turn. Decisions were made without input or proper guidance, leaving employees feeling underappreciated and constantly scrambling. There was no clear direction or strategy, just half-baked ideas tossed out without regard for the impact on the team. Any hard work or extra effort was met with silence as if no one cared or even noticed. It's hard to stay motivated when you're treated like a cog in a machine, no matter what you contribute.
