Just like any where else jobs are tough but with a office team that Works with you not against you and give you the resources to bring jobs in under budget and on time. It's not easy nothing is, but with a team approach it is a Great place to work

Great colleagues, good health insurance benefits, interesting projects

Cons

Upper management is unorganized and never transparent. Employee retention is poor. A lot of project decisions are made by c suite people instead of middle management Understaffed. Actual duties do not represent job descriptions. Long project commutes and expectations not disclosed at hiring
