Everyone works hard, respects each other, and wants to see you succeed. They offer opportunities for to develop your career and pay for all training/classes. Wide range of projects you get to manage. The work flow is steady. Great salary and health benefits. If you work hard you will be rewarded.

Cons

Some jobs require traveling far but they pay for all driving/ flying/ lodging expenses.

Great colleagues, good health insurance benefits, interesting projects

Cons

Upper management is unorganized and never transparent. Employee retention is poor. A lot of project decisions are made by c suite people instead of middle management Understaffed. Actual duties do not represent job descriptions. Long project commutes and expectations not disclosed at hiring
