I have been with the company for a very long time. In the time I've been here, I have worked in many departments and have grown in the construction Industry, and have worked with so many at MZT that have been here longer than I have. They are very family oriented and treat people with respect, and in return they are given allot of respect, starting with the CEO and others that are high up in the company. It makes it very easy to come and spend the day here, its allot of fun but allot of work!

Cons

As with any construction company, and such a wide range-working in Washington, AZ, ... you meet people that you get close to, then the job is done and they move along!

Upper management is unorganized and never transparent. Employee retention is poor. A lot of project decisions are made by c suite people instead of middle management Understaffed. Actual duties do not represent job descriptions. Long project commutes and expectations not disclosed at hiring
