Design runs the show for the most part.You are allowed to take your time as long as you like and just play and come up with creative. Everyone cuts out at 6 on the dot. No weekend work, its super chill.

management (not the owners) have no clue what they are doing. They tell us to explore the design space and just come up with cool ideas, but then when everything is late, they get agitated. They talk down to you and create a TToxic environment. They allow bulling because they are best friends with owners. It's just cringe the entire bro mentality.
